I was so excited for this recipe by Christine Byrne of the Buzzfeed staff! I love some good spaghetti squash lasagna as much as the next person, but something new sounded amazing! Especially with all the components to this dish- sounds absolutely delicious. Well- it really ended up being kind of boring. My poor husband, who I've made sick of spaghetti squash as it is, couldn't even finish it. I was just disappointed. It needs more. I couldn't taste the maple at all. It needs garlic, pepper- something. I think this could be really good if varied a bit. Play around with it and let me know what worked and what you liked!
