Not going to lie- I'm almost drooling just thinking about this dish! I cannot resist a tasty Carbonara- and this recipe definitely fit the bill! This is going to be a shining gem in my treasure trove of recipes for years to come. So good, so easy. I have no complaints on this at all, but I do have a warning- listen to that part about your pan being too hot. You WILL have scrambled eggs and noodles! I mean, that's hardly the end of the world, but, give your pan a few moments to cool off- you'll be glad you did. I threw a handful of fresh torn spinach into this to try and add some veg so I wouldn't feel so bad about all the fat and carbs I was about to consume. Definitely an easy dinner when you're looking for something great, but quick! You can find the recipe
