Pumpkin French Toast Bake



I don't usually make breakfasts, except on the weekends I don't work, I try to make something nice. I know, I know. . . it's not even August yet. It's a little early to be adding pumpkin to EVERYTHING, but I love it so much I thought we'd start a little. . . a lot. . . early. This was really good! Only I didn't fully read the recipe and skipped the "gently toss to coat" part, so it was a lot of pumpkin mush on top and dry bread on the bottom. Still good though, and would be even better if done properly! It was quick and easy to make as well- always a plus. You can find this recipe on Allrecipes.com.
