Sorry I haven't posted in a while! This week has been one of those weeks where all of your plans end up changing and most of your meal plan goes by the wayside. Lucky for you all, I'm coming back with an AWESOME recipe for you to try! The first time I saw this recipe, I thought it sounded interesting, but wasn't entirely sure what I would think about it. Then I made these. I am in love! They are so good, and so interesting. Definitely a keeper. I skip out on the red onion and use white, just because I'm not a fan of red onion, but do what works for you. Also, I like to save the Dijon mustard for the bun, but that's just my preference.
