Oh my goodness, these were SO good. I am a huge fan of asparagus, so I was very excited to make these. I thought they would be more time consuming than they were, but they actually ended up being fairly quick and easy. There was a lot of extra sauce, and I felt it was a little heavy on the mayo, so I think if I were to make these again, I would probably half the amount. I think then it would be simply perfect!
